As part of our performance marketing team, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of our Paid campaigns – focusing on Google Ads (including shopping) and other platforms such as Bing, Facebook and product portals. You analyze and monitor campaign performance based on relevant KPIs (e.g. CTR, KUR, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and actively promote the internationalisation of our pay-per-click activities. At product level, you control campaigns, implement product data strategically and have a passion for data-based approaches – especially in the field of product feeds, segmentation and performance analysis. Through sound audience, keyword and market analyses, you are constantly increasing the range and success of our campaigns and developing sustainable performance improvement measures. In close cooperation with our brand marketing team, you support the creation of creative paid social ads that optimally combine text, image and video.

Qualification: economics studies (BWL, marketing, communication sciences, etc.) or comparable training Know-how: Experience in the field of performance marketing with focus on shopping campaigns and the above channels, high number affinity, pronounced analytical skills Personality and working methods: independent, structured working methods and interest in data-driven work with a pronounced self-initiative Language: German knowledge at a flowing level
