Participation in building and operating a document management and long-term archiving platform as a central EIM (Enterprise Information Management) Implementation and operation of processes for document management and archiving Introduction of new digital document management processes in the departments Technical and technical support of the EIM platform Control, development and operation of integrations of existing specialist applications into the EIM platform

A successfully completed academic study in the fields of computer science, business informatics, economics or comparable qualifications, knowledge and experience Long-term professional experience in document management Comprehensive expertise in document management, long-term archiving, scanning processes and file management Reliable knowledge in the design, development and support of integration solutions of an Enterprise Information Management System (EIM system) Very good analytical and abstraction capabilities to design and implement EIM processes Detectable knowledge and experience in (part-)project management and agile working methods That would be desirable: Practical experience with DMS/EIM systems based on d.velop.documents Programming knowledge in Java and/or ABAP OO for the independent implementation of integration solutions Expertise in signature law or archive law Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
