Supplier & Advanced Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the quality along the supply chain - from the selection of suppliers to the development phase to stable series production. Combine preventive quality planning with operational supplier control. Responsibility for the quality of suppliers and their further development within the meaning of the zero-error strategy Planning and implementation of quality measures in the APQP process (New Product Launch) Implementation of supplier audits and process releases (e.g. VDA 6.3) Analysis of Quality Problems with Suppliers and Introduction and Persecution of Measures (8D, Root Cause Analysis) Definition of requirements for components, manufacturing processes and testing methods Preparation of test plans and ensuring appropriate test strategies in the series environment Implementation of maturity assessments, risk analysis (FMEA) and launch readiness reviews Support of sourcing processes through supplier reviews and first visits Close cooperation with development, production and suppliers to ensure stable processes Evaluation of quality-relevant data and derivation and implementation of improvement measures Participation in escalation processes, complaints and serial start-up themes

Completed study or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Planning or Advanced Quality (Automotive) Knowledge of quality methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, 8D etc.) Experience with process audits (e.g. VDA 6.3) of advantage Experience with manufacturing processes of electronics products absolutely necessary Analytical and Structured Operation and Strong Process Understanding Communication strength and enforcement in the international environment Flowing German and English knowledge (at least C1) You think preventively, identify risks early and drive sustainable quality improvements along the entire supply chain.
