In the Customer Service Team for Germany and Austria, we process written and telephone requests from our trading partners and end customers. We also support our field service in daily work. We work intensively with our ERP system SAP and our CRM software Salesforce. During your internship, you will get comprehensive insights into the activities of the customer service and support the team mainly in preparing for the launch of the new SAP S/4HANA product generation. Support for the introduction of the new SAP S/4HANA product generation in the sales company for Germany and Austria Preparation of training documents and participation in internal workshops Participation in process recording and optimization Participation in international integration tests within the SAP S/4HANA Rollouts independent acquisition of partial tasks in project management, such as the creation of evaluations, analysis and documentation of project progress, tracking of open points, coordination with the relevant department at the headquarters Operational day business support

You are studying BWL, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable degree course or have successfully completed it recently Ideally, you have already gained first experience in international sales and project management A high understanding, self-initiative, your self-functioning and self-organization characterize you You enjoy project work and process optimization. Experiences with the SAP module “Sales & Distribution” are desirable Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and very good English knowledge in Word and Writing complete your profile
