Head of Consulting Services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the Consulting Services department and are therefore responsible for the presence and delivery of our consulting services in the fields of IT infrastructure, data center, cloud and collaboration (e.g. M365) and project and process management. You are responsible for the strategic management and further development of the department with currently four teams and around 80 employees with the aim of ensuring first-class and accurate delivery in the large-scale enterprise and public-sector environment and, together with the team leaders, continuously adapting to market requirements. You work hand in hand with the areas of new customer acquisition, customer success and service management. You understand yourself as a customer's senior management contact that ensures fast and pragmatic solutions and thus identifies potentials for cross- and upselling. In short, as part of the senior leadership, you contribute significantly to the further organic growth of the company. You are structuring and optimising our sales processes and aligning our colleagues in your team to growth.

You have an active network of IT decision-makers: inside the Rhine-Main area. Multiannual experience in obtaining and implementing consulting and IT outsourcing projects. Multiannual leadership experience in the role of department management (or comparable) with an IT service provider. You have a university degree. Negotiating skills on C levels, combined with the ability to respond quickly and empathically and trustfully to different customer needs. You're talkin' German. Good knowledge of English is desirable.
