Löhrstr. 28-30, 56068 Koblenz You support the construction management in the execution of the Canto project in Koblenz with the aim of ensuring the quality, time and cost-oriented execution of all works at the construction site You document the workflows on the construction site and thus support the construction management with important information for a professional construction site controlling You are involved in the coordination of the post-contractors used at the construction sites with You support the billing of subcontractors, entry plan control and mass determination

You complete a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable degree course Ideally, you could already gain first construction site experience, e.g. in the form of internships You successfully bring your communicative skills into conversations and negotiations with entrepreneurs A good organizational ability, independent working and commitment are yours You have the pleasure of coordinating complex processes, being teamable and flexible
