As Demand Manager (m/w/d) E-Commerce for the BAUHAUS Online-Shop, you are part of the Category Management Operations Department and take over the logistical control of a product portfolio that includes several thousand articles In the operational day-to-day business, you take stock control and ensure the availability of goods and optimal stock for your product range at any time You always have the sales figures, return rates, stock figures and ranges in mind For capacity planning and forecast planning, you work closely with other areas of expertise (e.g. e-commerce logistics) and derive the demand planning Your Category Lead (m/w/d) also supports you in growth-oriented assortment management Your own initiative is to develop workflows and processes into your working day and work independently with other specialist departments and product teams to actively participate in increasing productivity and automation of processes.

You bring a successfully completed business studies focus on process optimization or logistics with You bring at least three years of relevant professional experience as a supply chain manager (m/w/d) in e-commerce or a comparable position with You are safe in dealing with MRP and inventory management tools and will help to optimize them You have excellent analytical skills, control the safe handling of Excel and have a strong technical understanding You like to work structured, bring a hands-on mentality with you and have an interest in working in our DIY product range You are a team player and can contribute your strong communication skills in German and English
