Production planning process: Preparing, planning and creating production-oriented processing of our orders for production up to handover to shipping, as well as process analysis for optimizing production. Active employees in implementing a new production planning tool. Coordination of capacities: control and coordination of production capacities in close cooperation with the production and assembly line Ensure material planning and availability: ensuring availability of materials and monitoring of auxiliary and consumables to ensure a smooth production process based on forecast data and customer requirements Ensuring schedule: monitoring the timing and quality of orders Coordination of shipping processes in cooperation with specialist departments Supporting improvement: cooperation in the introduction of a new production and prediction tool, as well as participation in the optimization of production processes and quality processes Support teamwork: Cross-departmental cooperation with sales, production, purchasing and logistics

Training & Qualification: Complete technical, craftsmanship, commercial training Professional experience & expertise: professional experience in the field of work preparation, know-how on production indicators to ensure production control, development of coarse and fine planning in the medium-sized production environment IT & language skills: high IT affinity for the introduction of a new production and prediction tool, SAGE ERP system knowledge desirable, very good German knowledge (C1) Personal competence: fun in the design and implementation of new processes and solutions, as well as problem-solving ability, analytical thinking ability, binding and powerful appearance combined with a communicative and open minded personality
