Property Manager - WEG / Rental Management (m/f/d)

You take on the independent commercial support of our WEG and Rental House clients and are the central contact person for all concerns. You are responsible for the entire property accounting – from the accounting of all business incidents to the audit of the accounts to the Mahnwesen. You will set up annual WEG bills, economic plans and additional cost bills for our tenants on time. You're puggling all accounting and contract-relevant master data in our home management software and using MS Office for evaluations and correspondence. You can reliably handle the management of the leases as well as the opening and closing of property and security accounts.

You have a commercial training and have first professional experience in real estate management, ideally in WEG and lease management. In dealing with the current MS Office applications, you are safe and have ideally worked with a home management software. You convince by a high sense of responsibility, reliability and an open, communicative way of dealing with tenants and owners. You are motivated to introduce your own ideas and have a proactive ''Macher mentality'' to promote topics independently. Your knowledge of German is in word and writing (C1).
