Shift Supervisor - Plastic Processing / Machine Operation / Injection Molding (m/f/d)

IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is produced and reconditioned at the Mendig site with about 100 employees.

You ensure the production process and monitor it You use plastic spraying machines (Krauss Maffei) You implement the quality test of the manufactured parts You provide all materials for production orders You determine production indicators and create production reports You sign the employees and document the production data

You are a machine & plant operator (m/w/d) for injection moulding machines or have comparable experience and want to take full responsibility, having already gained experience for 1-2 years in such a role You have several years of professional experience with plastic injection moulding and in the staff management You have very good German knowledge (C1), both written and oral, and solid basic English knowledge (approx. B2) You have good PC skills, especially in MS Office and Excel You have a high quality awareness, are reliable, work independently, are flexible and work forward-looking You are motivated, efficient and have a good understanding
