Your role You take responsibility and employ employees according to their qualifications, direct them and instruct them

work productively in production

Eliminate bottlenecks and manufacturing disorders, evaluate and discard fault causes, propose improvements

Eliminate deficiencies in organisational processes or technical problems, support engineering in the introduction of new products and manufacturing techniques

advance further development of quartz/glass white parts production

Master (m/w/x)

Successfully completed vocational training as a fine optics (m/w/x) or an adjacent area

Multiannual experience in the field of optical production, in particular in the handling of industrial and conventional methods for the production of plan optical products

Experience in leading and leading people as well as high communication/social competence

A high level of commitment and responsibility with a precise, very reliable and flexible operation
