Head of QHSE in an international industrial company (m/w/d)

In order to further develop and control the company-wide integrated management system, we are looking for an experienced management personality in the field of QHSE & Compliance as part of a confidential follow-up regulation. Strategic and operational overall responsibility for international QHSE management including further development and harmonisation of standards, guidelines and processes Responsibility for building and developing a Group-wide compliance management system and coordination of ESG reporting Initiation and control of a continuous improvement process (CDP) in the aforementioned areas of responsibility Technical support for international sites in the implementation of global standards Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as technology, production, HR and sales as well as with external certification bodies Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) International travel activities in a manageable scale - focusing on European locations

Complete technical or scientific studies or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician) Multiannual leadership experience in QHSE (e.g. as head/in quality) as well as sound knowledge in the development and implementation of management systems Ability to permanently anchor company-wide standards in decentralised structures Ideal experience in ESG reporting as well as method skills in CVP or Lean Management International communication strength, intercultural competence and a structured, solution-oriented approach Sovereign Performance and Stakeholders German and English skills
