Technical assistance in the housing industry (m/f/d)

We take care of the property entrusted to us as if it were our own: from the rental, accommodation or owner's meeting as well as regular property visits to the start of necessary repairs and bookkeeping. Our customers can rely on the experience and expertise of our team.

Take a look at the whole: As technical assistance, you can keep an overview at any time and organize the back office in the technical team – from appointment coordination to order tracking to protocol management. You can also document offer requests and create price levels. Accounting: You take over the audit and release of invoices in SAP. Order processing: You formulate and send works contracts for housing owners and for the foreign administration. Data management: You maintain relevant data, monitor maintenance and testing and ensure that all information is always up-to-date and complete.

Qualification: You have completed commercial training, for example as a merchant for office management, or bring a comparable qualification with professional experience in a similar position. Practical experience: You have already worked in the back office – ideally in a craft or technical environment – and have a good technical understanding. Expertise and language skills: You are versed in dealing with MS-Office and SAP and communicate safely in the German language. Personality: You work solution-oriented, structured and reliable. With your communicative skills, you contribute to a positive and professional working atmosphere.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money. In addition, we offer success-related special premiums and 50% grant to the BVG or Germany ticket. On 30 days holiday and work free on 24.12. + 31.12. you can look forward to three more days of holiday you can get through payment conversion.
