Responsibility for all operational, administrative and organisational tasks in the HR sector Processing of reporting and certification and maintenance of our time management system Creation of contractual changes, certificates and other personal documents Central contact person and interface for our executives and employees in all personnel and labour law matters Development and implementation of HR policies and processes Advising executives in all questions of employee development, training and follow-up planning Conception, co-design and implementation of operational and strategic PE measures Systematic determination of training and qualification requirements Planning, organisation and evaluation of workshops, seminars, trainings Conception and implementation of digital systems for competence development, potential analysis, recruiting and executive development and the implementation of online learning systems Independent cooperation on HR projects

Successfully completed studies with relevant focus (personal/personal development) or comparable training Relevant and generalist professional experience in an industrial company in the field of HR / human resources development and training High expertise on digital tools and solutions Very good and practical knowledge of modern personnel development instruments Funded project management experience agile and hands-on mentality Passion, empathy and unconditional will to develop people Friendly and professional appearance as well as pronounced customer and service orientation Good English knowledge of word and writing
