Company profile Our customer is an internationally operating company from the technology industry based in Düsseldorf.

For him we are looking for a Finance Specialist (m/w/d) for the Düsseldorf area as part of the transfer of employees.

The position is initially limited to 6 months. The takeover into an indefinite working relationship is then planned.

Tasks

Own-responsible processing of current financial accounting (debitor, creditor and property accounts)

• Configuring accounts and account clarification -Preparation and support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and/or IFRS
• Processing of payment and reminding
• Auditing and booking of invoices and documents
• Cooperation with tax consultants, auditors and internal specialist departments -Involvement in the optimization and digitization of accounting processes -Support in compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the field of accounting or finance

• Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, also in the group environment -Funded knowledge in Navision and/or SAP -Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel -Expressed number affinity, accuracy and a structured working method -Teamability, communication strength and sense of responsibility Advantages of HGB and IFRS accounting standards -Very good English skills
