We are looking for the Office Building Industry: (m/w/d), Vincent-Lübeck-Gymnasium Stade EC 7 TVOD/VKA | unlimited | Full time Your task:

• carry out and organize maintenance and small repair work in the building and property sector
• by agreement with the Office of Building Administration, commission third-party companies, request and procure materials and organize and perform maintenance, basic and window cleaning
• perform winter service
• Clean, maintain and maintain outdoor facilities including mowing
• Establish premises for events and transport furniture as well as be a supervisor at events
• Observe service, check and control daily control procedures to ensure building safety, digital locking system, including the execution of programming work and the installation and removal of digital cylinders
• Dealing with the electro-acoustic system (ventilation times and passages), intrusion detection system and ventilation system etc.

Your qualification: a completed training in one of the following professions:

• Consultant (m/w/d) (m/w/d) (m/w/d) (m/w/d)
• Gas and Water Installer/ Central Heating and Ventilation Engineer/ Plant Engineering Engineer (m/w/d)

In addition, bring:
