Intern Media Management with a focus on Social Media (m/f/d)

During your internship, you support our media management team in the care and development of our social media channels. You actively participate in the internal and external communication of the Interhyp Group. You support the planning, creation and publication of content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital channels. In doing so, you bring your own ideas for new formats and storytelling approaches. You develop your own content ideas and implement them for our social media channels. From conception to turning and cutting to publication, you will learn about the entire production process and take increasingly independent responsibility. Depending on the format, you also stand in front of the camera. You support editorial work for our social intranet and other communication channels and learn to prepare content according to target groups. You will evaluate the performance of our content and channels, support reports and manage optimization potential together with the team.

You are currently studying and want to gain practical experience in social media and media management for at least five months, ideally from August 2026. Ideally, you work with communication, media, journalism, public relations, marketing or digital media in your studies. You are passionate about social media, digital communication and current trends on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. You want to creatively plan, produce and publish content. Ideally, you have already gained first experiences with social media, video formats or content creation. You have no bareness to stand in front of the camera and bring interest in the development of modern video and social media formats. You work independently, result-oriented, bring your own initiative and enjoy learning and trying out new things.
