You are responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of our newsletter in 6 countries, including the control of our trigger and transaction emails You work with the operational creation and sending of newsletters, including reporting and A/B testing You build the recipient base through lead generation measures You market content through our app, for example through push notifications and teaser areas Manage the community on social media, including feed contributions, stories and influencer collaborations You lead and develop your team in the field of digital direct marketing and ensure compliance with legal frameworks throughout the newsletter and social media marketing

You have several years of professional experience in email marketing, ideally with tools like Inxmail and Econda You have experience in A/B tests and lead generation You have an analytical way of thinking, high numerical affinity and joy in performance evaluations You have a creative vein and can safely apply graphics tools (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva); Basic knowledge of video cut is a plus You have experience in team leadership and a high level of quality to your work and your team You have first experiences in the social media sector and interest to further expand it, as well as knowledge of the legal framework in e-mail and social media marketing (e.g. GDPR, etc.)
