For a food market at the Erlangen site, we are now looking for full-time, long-term and with the option to take over an employee (m/w/d) as a lead for the bakery counter.

Your tasks:

• Planning and organization of the daily business
• Leadership and motivation of the team at the bakery counter
• Stock control, orders and goods presentation
• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales
• Creation of schedules and incorporation of new employees / trainees
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations

Your profile:

• Training as a bakery seller, cook, system gastronomic, restaurant specialist, all (m/w/d)
• Ideally professional experience in a leading position
• leadership qualities and the ability to lead a motivated team
• Embossed customer orientation and communication skills
• organizational talent and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Passion for organic products and sustainability
• Knowledge of relevant hygiene and quality standards
• flexibility in working hours, including weekends
