Support of the branch management in the professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of the branch team Representation of the branch management in its absence and ensuring a smooth branching process Active sales as well as continuous securing of high area presence and customer-friendly occurrence of the branch team Participation in personnel deployment planning and organisation of daily business Support in the monitoring of proper supply of goods and inventory Participation in the planning and control of economic and commercial indicators Written and telephone processing of customer complaints Support in the implementation and compliance of our quality and service standards

Successfully completed training in retail Multiannual professional experience in retail, ideally with first leadership or experience as deputy manager Sovereign, binding appearance and decision-making and sense of responsibility Friendly, valuable and solution-oriented communication with customers and colleagues Structured, independent and reliable operation and loadability Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as pleasure in taking responsibility Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
