Your main tasks include the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and the further development of the department You are responsible for creating customer-specific spare parts and stocking suggestions for technically complex land vehicle systems including existing basic data such as ILS database, LSA data, spare parts catalogs, piece lists and drawings You are responsible for computer-assisted analytical methods taking into account the customer-specific logistic system (multi-echelon) You establish and manage optimization procedures to ensure the best weapon system availability with limited investment volume You take over, coordinate and maintain logistics projects and subprojects in spare parts logistics within the Service division as well as in the context of integrated logistics You ensure the continuous development and improvement of logistics concepts and products in spare parts logistics, as well as the construction of an integrated technical logistic data base incl. Consumption data analysis and adaptation of analysis parameters) As a consultant and logistical expertise, you work as part of special logistical projects of the department and department management

You have successfully completed your studies (FH/Uni) in an industrial, technical or comparable field Military leadership experience with tactical-logistic foundations and special knowledge are of advantage. Knowledge of logistics supply systems of global NATO partners and other important customers and stakeholders are advantageous You are very routined in dealing with current MS Office applications as well as SAP You have profound knowledge in the field of military logistics and multi-year service-related experience. ILS knowledge is beneficial. You bring a profound technical understanding and have a pronounced affinity for IT tools and databases knowledge of German and English is required; other foreign languages are advantageous You have very good leadership qualities and a structured, independent and proactive way of working Your strong communication and team skills as well as your empathy characterize you Methodology competence, conflict and critique, and resilience complete your profile A high readiness to travel is required for this position
