Then you can actively introduce yourself here: IT contract law: You check, design and negotiate IT contracts including software license, SaaS, cloud and maintenance contracts, often with international reference. In addition, you advise our departments legally and support the purchase at contract conclusion. Legal support for technology- & AI projects: You support new technology initiatives legally secure, especially in the field of artificial intelligence. In doing so, you assign technological developments legally and develop practical solutions. Author, Brand & Competition: You independently process legal questions of different complexity and enforce or defend our rights to third parties. Development of internal standard: You participate in the creation and optimization of contract patterns, guidelines and legal processes. In addition, you are introducing your own ideas to continuously develop our internal standards.

Professional qualification: You are a full lawyer:in with successfully completed state examinations/state examinations. You have up to five years of professional experience in IT contract law and/or copyright. As a professional beginner: ideally, you have first contact points with these legal areas or can convincingly convey your relevant interest. Interest in Technology & AI: You have a strong interest in technology-oriented legal issues. You are passionate about AI developments and ideally have the first practical experience in dealing with AI applications. Working & Soft Skills: You work structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented even in complex situations. You communicate clearly understandable and addressable and enjoy teamwork, knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary cooperation. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in C1 level.
