Deputy Managing Director (m/f/d)

Together with the managing director, you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of the EUREGIO-KLINIK, which is supported by the Hospital Director and a competent team of department leaders. You represent the managing director in all matters and are responsible for various administrative priorities as well as areas in outpatient and inpatient care, including close and trusting cooperation with the medical directors, the chief physician:inside and head physician:inside and the nursing director In close partnership with the managing director, you are responsible in particular for the ethical orientation and safeguarding economic stability and the development and implementation of economic, liquidity and investment planning Together with the Managing Director, you will report to the Supervisory Board and the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, work actively in other bodies and committees of the Company and take on special tasks and projects

Completed relevant studies as well as multiannual management responsibility in the hospital or in a comparable position Experience gained in the economic and strategic management of hospitals and ideally MVZs, the company development and the implementation of complex construction, investment and restructuring projects High level of responsibility as well as strong communication and decision-making The complexity of the healthcare sector is a challenge and you will be able to inspire employees for new goals by evaluating and motivating communication A corresponding IT affinity combined with a structured operation and pronounced process orientation complete your profile
