Project control: Planning and control of mobile projects in compliance with budget, appointment and quality requirements in coordination with construction, controlling, purchasing, customer order center and customers Customer & Project Management: Ensuring the project goals, clear demarcation with the customer and on-time, budget-compliant project execution Team & Resource Management: Discipline management of employees, coordination of personnel needs with department management and promotion of satisfaction, qualification and performance Process optimization & organisation: Improvement of processes and work organization and ensuring optimal resource utilization Quality & Security: Compliance with Work Safety Requirements, QM Systems and Technical Standards

Completed technical or commercial training or engineering studies or comparable qualification with multi-year experience in mobile communication Experience gained in the management and implementation of planning and construction projects and in the professional and disciplined management of teams Self-employed work with high self-responsibility as well as strong team and communication skills Safe handling of MS-Office and ERP systems (SAP of advantage) as well as high resilience and good English skills Driving licence Class B
