Accounting and monitoring of budget and revenue Data and system maintenance of all relevant programs (DATEV, myTH, DUO, internal systems) Interface between client: inside, team and external bodies Perspective support of the client:in the transition to digital processes in the field of e-audits Installation, maintenance and updating of orders in DATEV Support for the Secretariat and participation in the final process of annual accounts and tax returns

Completed training as a merchant / businesswoman for office management or comparable as well as professional experience in the above mentioned area Safe handling of modern office software, ideally first knowledge in Microsoft 365 and DATEV Communication strength, organisational talent and joy in cooperation with Mandant:inside High service and service orientation Self-employed, careful and structured work
