Specialist Maintenance Technician, Primary Technology (m/f/d)

In your generalist role, you are responsible for demanding work on primary equipment and combine technical understanding and sophisticated assembly work with fingertip feeling for handling sensitive, high-quality equipment in the retensioning plant. You work independently and support your team responsibly on Mondays and maintenance, for which you can work with professional experts and, if necessary, I have to say that the Commission is in a position to take a decision. In addition, prepare assembly inserts with the operating vehicle and assemble the required tools, measuring instruments and materials. Together with the team, you plan the execution of your work assignments and coordinate appointments, processes and interfaces with the relevant areas. Precisely carry out work on SF6-insulated equipment and always observe the applicable requirements for safety and environmental protection. Last but not least, you support the development of work processes, maintenance measures and technical solutions for primary equipment.

You have a completed training in electrical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you have knowledge and practical experience in assembly or maintenance work on primary equipment, such as converters, circuit breakers or switching devices. Furthermore, you are ready to acquire the necessary additional qualifications and to get to know the necessary workflows, safety requirements and tools intensively by extensively incorporating them into the operation. With team orientation, sense of responsibility, an independent and structured way of working, you are particularly impressed. You have a class B licence – ideally also a truck driver license (C, CE) – and interest in obtaining further necessary driving permits (supported by us). Traveling willingness for operations within Baden-Württemberg will bring you with you and you will also be ready for overnight in multi-day construction measures.
