You carry out the full monthly pay bill for a clearly defined group of persons, advise employees and executives and ensure the correct implementation of all statutory, collective (south-west) and internal requirements. As a contact person for external offices and institutions such as financial offices, health insurance companies and authorities, you take over the communication and reliably ensure that all billing-relevant processes take place in a timely and legally compliant manner. To do this, you will create reports, proofs and certificates. You are responsible for the care, quality assurance and further development of our LOGA-Payroll system as well as our time management system. You work closely with HR, Finance and IT departments. You ensure stable and efficient processes, document them and support them in monthly and annual work.

You have several years of experience in pay billing and have a well-founded knowledge of tariff regulations, ideally in the environment of the southwest metal, tax, social security and labour law. Thanks to your very good knowledge of LOGA or a comparable payroll system, you are happy to work on the continuous development of processes, types of wages and data flows in order to improve efficiency and quality sustainably. You work structured, precise and responsible and communicate clearly with employees, executives, test instances and internal interfaces. You feel safe in exchange both in German (- C1) and in English (- A2).
