HR Integration Manager / HR Generalist (m/f/d)

As an expert for post-Merger integration (PMI), you are responsible for the entire HR-side integration of new company purchases. From project planning to system harmonization (Personio) to successful cultural and labour-law mergers – you will join your HR colleagues to ensure a smooth transition and follow-up of new colleagues.

Support in employee integration: Accompanying the transition with the complete and smooth transfer of all employees from company purchases to the company structure. System and process harmonisation: standardization and optimization of all HR processes and maintenance of data in the central personnel management system (Personio).

Onboarding-Begleitung & Sustainable Employee Care: Ensuring intensive and stable follow-up for the integrated companies. Support and advice of HR management relevant topics in the existing teams and support of the process in new settings and offboarding, including compliance with deadlines and coordination of all departments involved

Communication and culture: further development of integration communication and promotion of a common corporate culture after the merger.

Legal & organisational protection: Ensuring labour law compliance and carrying out necessary training for the new employees.

You have a completed training to/from the personnel service businesswoman, as an alternative personnel businesswoman or a comparable training or Training. Professional experience: 2 years of professional experience in staffing are desirable

Ideal additional qualification: Experience in project management

You are a strong communication partner and convince by your high interpersonal competence. You prove a strong partner orientation by adapting yourself flexibly and empathically to the needs of the various internal and external target groups.
