Integration Test Manager (m/f/d)

Excessive responsibility for holistic testing planning, control and implementation including definition and coordination of all the tests, tests and evidence required in the project independent preparation and determination of the test concept as well as the test strategy and the subsequent preparation of the test planning and the test schedule Self-representation of the project-relevant test aspects in all project phases from the acquisition to the customer transfer in the integration context Definition, monitoring and responsibility for project-specific fault management workflows as well as continuous control of the test progress with regard to results and dates, evaluation of the test criteria, decision on additional tests or risk acceptance with associated documentation Autonomous coordination of the test team and the test activities, creation of scales for integration and system tests as well as independent management of the associated technical teams in the specified task field

Completed university studies in an STEM field or completed vocational training with additional technical training (technique:in/master:in) as well as several years or many years of relevant professional experience Ownership of ISTQB-CTAL-TM certification as well as detectable experience in testing and integration of systems Knowledge of test methods, test tools and recognised standards as well as test processes and national and international standards Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, strong team skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and professional leadership skills readiness for occasional national and rare international missions
