Analysis: A focus Your activity is based on the analysis of the stock and performance KPIs of our Europe-wide real estate portfolio (including the competitor analysis), but the importance of your work goes far beyond bare Excel sheets: you provide basics for decisions on portfolio strategy and portfolio management. Site costs and potentials are key to your attention and help to derive the best commercial approach Strategy: Bringing out the best commercial approach and creating basis for decision-making for our Executive Board Communication: You act as a central contact person and link between the Store Support Center and the respective national business leaders: in terms of portfolio management and strategy. Your communication with all relevant stakeholders on portfolio issues is clear, direct and targeted Modeling: Development and establishment of necessary data models and analysis processes for the Corporate Real Estate Management Project management: Ensuring the achievement of milestones and results in the further development of our portfolio strategy

Education: Completed studies in economics, BWL or Data Analytics Experience: Multiannual practice in the analysis and creation of decision-making bases, ideally in the (Corporate) Real Estate Management of an internationally infilialized retail company Expertise: You bring well-founded knowledge in international portfolio management and data analysis of retail-filial port films with Analysis: Strong affinity to numbers as well as the ability to process large and dynamic data volumes safely Working methods: Strategic, conceptual and structured thinking Occurrence: You are self-confident towards experienced stakeholders: you like to take entrepreneurial responsibility Languages: specialist German (C2) and English (C1) for work in our international environment
