Teamlead Artificial Intelligence - MLOps / Machine Learning (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the AI team and promote an open, collaborative work culture You are responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of scalable, predictable and production-ready AI solutions You enter the entire end-to-end AI cycle – from identifying relevant use cases to data processing and model development to deployment and monitoring You ensure the productive integration of AI solutions into existing systems (e.g. ERP, CRM and data platforms) You carry out code, model and architecture reviews and document them You are responsible for managing project schedules, milestones and results and report them to the management

You already have several years of practical experience in the field of AI, machine learning or data science, ideally with end-to-end project responsibility You have very good knowledge of Python and common machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) You bring a solid understanding of data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation and experiment design with You have experience in the productive operation of AI solutions, including MLOps, CI/CD, containerization and cloud environments You know the integration of AI solutions into existing system landscapes such as APIs, Microservices and Enterprise systems You work structured, take responsibility and enjoy leading teams professionally and successfully bringing AI solutions to live operations
