What you do with us: Good advice is important: You are responsible for email processing of customer requests. You have everything in mind: you support the documentation of customer requests in our systems. You're in the middle of it: If necessary, you can search our customer database for the required information. Help us get better: You do not hesitate to introduce your ideas and support them with a proactive solution.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: A high level of communication, your strong sense of responsibility and your high customer orientation and independent working. You are a registered student of any degree program. You are available for six months to extend with the option. Ideally, you get first experiences in customer service or Contact with customers.
