What you do good

• You enable a client*in to participate in the promotional activities through your assistance

• They support clients in cooperation with group management, in particular in the development of social competences and affect control with challenging behaviour

• You are responsible for the appropriate offers for personal development and promotion of work

• They are responsible for the planning of participation and its implementation and documentation and, as required, support it in basic services, e.g. during food and hygiene

• In the context of the group situation, you provide the necessary structure and enable your client*in to be oriented in the daily routine

What you want

• They have completed nursing or educational training or a comparable qualification

• Affiliation to a Christian church is not a must, all are welcome. But it is important to us that all employees carry our Christian values such as charity, respect and responsibility and live in everyday work
