Project Manager Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

You take over the independent control of turnkey construction projects. You are responsible for quality, dates, costs and economic project success. You coordinate internal and external project participants as well as the construction site team. You control post-contracting services together with purchasing, costing and technical interfaces. You accompany the projects from work preparation to acceptance. You are responsible for the follow-up management and ensure a clean contractual and economic project implementation. You provide a structured project organisation and reliable communication to all stakeholders.

You have several years of experience in project management, construction management or senior building management. You bring well-founded experience in the development of turnkey construction projects – or are ready for the next development step as senior construction manager. You know yourself safely with VOB/B, contracting, post-order management, scheduling and cost controlling. You ideally have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification. You work structured, binding and entrepreneurial. You have enforcement strength, negotiation skills and a good sense of technical and economic relations.
