As Senior IT Microsoft Security Specialist (m/w/d), you will strengthen the cybersecurity of one of the leading trading companies in Germany. Together with your colleagues, you develop our security architecture and ensure that our Microsoft environment meets the increasing requirements for availability, integrity and security at any time.

You are responsible for the technical backup and continuous development of our Windows client and Windows server landscape You operate and optimise Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to detect, evaluate and defend cyber threats You develop security, compliance and configuration policies with Microsoft Intune and ensure their standardized implementation You secure the safe operation of Windows servers via Microsoft Azure Arc and continuously develop the underlying security standards You are responsible for securing Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments You analyze vulnerabilities, security events and security-relevant configuration deviations and derive risk-oriented measures You take over the technical implementation and further development of IT security projects in the Microsoft environment and support security incidents as well as the optimization of our detection and response capabilities

Multiannual professional experience in Microsoft Security, Windows Security or Endpoint Security Finded experience with Microsoft Defender, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Experience in dealing with Security Alerts and with SIEM, SOC or MDR environments Very good knowledge of securing client, server and identity infrastructures and hardening of Microsoft systems Ideally experience in a KRITIS company or comparable safety-critical and regulated environment Structured and independent functioning and the ability to prioritise tasks and safety risks in a targeted manner German knowledge of C2 level
