Responsibility for processes and methods in system engineering, in particular requirements engineering, system architecture and traceability Construction, maintenance and further development of the logical and functional reference architecture across all main systems Governance and strategic development and documentation of product architecture Coordination between technical domains and ensuring a consistent overall picture along the architecture strategy Moderation of technical decision-making processes with cross-domain stakeholders Conception and implementation of training and coaching to system engineering processes and methods

Complete study of engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable technical discipline Knowledge of System Architecture, Logical Decomposition and Systems Modeling Experience in system engineering, in particular in requirements engineering, system architecture and traceability Embossed moderation and communication strength in dealing with heterogeneous, interdisciplinary stakeholders Structured, networked thinking capacity and high competence in solving cross-domain conflicts Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
