Facility Management Intern in Unterföhring (m/f/d)

Praktikant Facility Management (m/w/d) You will gain exciting insights into the organisation's processes and get an overview of the facility management and management of Vodafone's real estate portfolio. You support our facility managers: in the care of the office and branch locations. You love numbers and analyze performance indicators of our Facility Service Partners and optimise reporting. You’re questioning existing processes and developing methods to optimize, digitize and automate processes and inspire you for AI. You are active as a full-fledged team member at regular meetings and project meetings. You also accompany the Facility Managers: within their locations. As part of the service management, you carry out site visits and check the performance of our service partners and compliance with the safety requirements. You check compliance with contractually agreed Service Level Agreement and advertise the Key Performance Indicator. You independently develop optimization concepts for our Facility Services and present them internally and externally. You participate in internal training and continuously expand your knowledge. You can also use the quarterly Spirit Day, which is available for your personal training. You will be equipped with laptop, smartphone, etc. from your first day. What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You study economics or a comparable discipline with a good degree. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office 365 like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and teams. You speak fluent German, B2 to GER, and have good English skills.
