CNC manufacturing: Self-finished manufacturing of high-precision individual parts and small series on modern 5-axis CNC machining centres. Programming: Optimize challenging 5-axis programs based on CAD drawings and 3D models (Mazatrol Siemens control), programs are provided. Machine equipment: Stand-alone brushing, setting and matching of CNC machines, including tool selection and zero-point setting. Quality assurance: Testing the workpieces to dimensional accuracy with state-of-the-art measuring machines and common measuring devices to ensure the highest quality standards. Machine maintenance: maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of CNC machines, measuring equipment and tools to ensure smooth operation.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Qualification: completed vocational training as a machining, industrial or precision mechanic or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Programming skills: experience in CNC program optimization with Mazatrol and Siemens controls, ideally with complex 5-axis machining centers. Team spirit: independent work and the ability to get into a team and take responsibility. Flexibility: readiness to adapt to different manufacturing requirements and changing tasks. Reliability Precision: High care and accuracy in processing as well as a pronounced quality awareness. Experience with 5-axis machines: knowledge in handling complex milling machines is an advantage. Setting processes: Experience with single parts production and the associated frequent set-up and rebuilding measures on the machine is expected.
