Number: MER00048XG Our MO/EXR department is responsible for ensuring energy and media supply at the Rastatt, Kuppenheim and Speyer site. Our team consists of 15 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. In addition to the supply, energy efficiency and optimization are also part of our everyday life. These challenges include: Implementation of vulnerability analyses and identification and implementation of energy saving potentials based on energy consumption and operating data

Analysis, plausibility and evaluation of energy and consumption data to derive sustainable optimization measures

Determination, development and visualization of relevant energy indicators for internal stakeholders

Creation of analyses, reports and dashboards for the transparent presentation of energy consumption, savings potentials and optimization successes

Coordination and control of energy optimization activities and support in achieving energy saving targets

Planning and implementation of workshops on energy optimization and sustainability

Participation in the determination and optimization of large consumers and implementation of economic considerations for energy efficiency measures

Control and participation in the creation and further development of climate resilience plan maps to assess climate-related risks and areas of action

Support in the further development of the data base for energy controlling, energy monitoring and energy reports

Working with the introduction and further development of energy data and monitoring systems

The activity can start from 10/2026.

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management/Energy Management or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Safe handling of EnEffCo

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

General energy understanding is advantageous
