As Vertical Fixed Account Manager Automotive (m/w/d), you are responsible for the distribution of consulting-intensive landline, cloud & security solutions to key accounts. You are responsible for the comprehensive customer support in close cooperation with the respective Key Account Manager (KAM), International Account Manager (IAM) and Global Account Manager (GAM) that are allotted to the customer. You develop customer-specific account plans taking into account the customer potential relevant to the solution business. You analyze the customers and qualify customer contacts. You take over the analysis and acquisition of the new customer potential and the exhaustion of the existing customer potential as well as the reduction of the termination rate. You conduct comprehensive and holistic needs analyses based on detailed process cost and cost-effectiveness analyses with the customer. You comprehensively advise the customer with a 360° view in the overall context of his business and individual requirements.

What distinguishes you: Preferably, a master's degree in business management or other relevant areas At least 5 years of experience in key account management of multinational companies, preferably in solution distribution of complex services. Experience in identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-oriented solutions in an international context. Knowledge of the development and operation of national and international data applications, preferably with a technical background for distribution. Good understanding of financial concepts, IT&T environments, shopping practices and industry-specific aspects of corporate customers. Negotiating communication skills in German and English (C1 to GER).
