Administration of IT infrastructure (server, network, storage) Installation and support of client infrastructure including mobile devices Qualification, prioritization and independent solution of disturbances and user requests within the framework of first and second level support Configuration and support of system environments (Active Directory, VMware, TK, Backup) Supporting our B2B shop systems

Graduate in Computer Science or Comparative Education (e.g. Knowledge in Windows (Client and Server Systems), Virtualized Environments, Backup, Remote Desktop Services, Exchange, Storage First knowledge of IT security and cloud services or willingness to work on these topics Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Hands-on mentality good organizational capacity and systematic working team capable and committed
