Responsible management and management of HR and Workforce Management projects Control and support of our personal service providers and external partners in Germany Support for tenders, supplier reviews and contract and price negotiations Contact person for topics related to employee transfer (AÜG) and the use of external employees Support for personnel needs and capacity planning in close cooperation with the departments Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of optimization measures Control of HR-relevant project tasks from planning to implementation to success control Cooperation with strategic and operational projects to develop processes and structures

Successfully completed studies with a focus on staff, business or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of personnel service and HR project management Very good knowledge in the area of employee transfer (AÜG) and in the handling of external employees Ideally experience in purchasing and controlling personal service providers Impressed communication and negotiation strength as well as safe occurrence High self-initiative, organisational strength and hands-on mentality Joy in structuring processes independently and actively promoting projects Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel within Germany
