Start-up Consultant (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored (multilingual) start-up consultancy (first consultancy, orientation, funding/financing options, support in business model development and business planning) Creation of funding applications, in particular in the EXIST context (e.g. start-up fellowship; depending on the preliminary knowledge, also research transfer) Individually responsible conception, organisation and implementation of information and qualification formats around the foundation process (workshops, seminars, speech-time formats) in presence, online and possibly hybrid in coordination with the relevant partners on the Campus Lübeck Own organization and execution of the founder prize of the Sparkasse zu Lübeck Development and implementation of measures to raise awareness and visibility of the topic Founding/Entrepreneurship (measure plan as well as communication and event formats) in coordination with the partners on the Campus Lübeck Documentation and maintenance of project-related data (e.g. collection of consultations, foundations, requests) on reporting in the project

A completed university degree (Bachelor) in the field of economic, legal, engineering or natural sciences or a comparable qualification Detectable experience in foundation consulting and/or funding consulting (e.g. coaching, advice, transfer agency, incubator, economic promotion) Experience in the planning and implementation of workshops/organizations and in targeted communication Structured, independent operation, pronounced service orientation and organisational skills Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence to different target groups (students, scientific staff, external partners) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in English language advice is advantageous Interesting are: Experience with EXIST applications (founding scholarship and/or research transfer) Experience in cooperation with universities or in the transfer environment Own founding or economic experience
