You are happy to be at the construction site, keep an overview and advance projects successfully? Then we take over the control and monitoring of industrial construction projects – with industry focus at regional project locations. In close cooperation with your team, you coordinate, guide and motivate all project participants for a smooth construction process. We occupy this position at several locations in Germany. Monitoring and taxing industrial construction projects from preparation to successful completion, in compliance with quality, deadline and budget requirements Regular construction site visits to ensure safety regulations, occupational safety measures and structural and contractual requirements Coordination and communication with planners, leading companies and suppliers as well as other project participants Economic development of construction projects, including resource management, process control and proactive measures in case of plan deviations Efficient cost, follow-up and change management to ensure the economic objectives Integrate plant engineering content into the overall project and participation in ensuring the start of production

Complete study of mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture or a degree in a comparable field Multiannual experience in the construction management of industrial projects, ideally experience in plant engineering or Experience in an EPC or EPCM Contractor Ideal knowledge and experience in LCM and scheduling Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera Good English knowledge of word and writing High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and an independent way of working as well as communication strength and regional readiness
