Trainee Commercial Management/ Clinic Management (m/w/d)

From 01.04.2026 we are looking for a motivated trainee (m/w/d) in the field of hospital management / commercial management to prepare you specifically for a responsible leadership role in healthcare.

You will be actively deployed at various MEDIAN locations throughout Germany – for maximum insights and practical experience in everyday clinics. Intensive treatment in hospital management: You get to know the processes in our clinics and the corporate headquarters – from controlling to HR to quality management. Training-on-the-job: You work in the day-to-day business and take responsibility for your own projects. Early leadership responsibility: You develop strategies, optimize processes and actively shape health care. Mentoring & Feedback: Personal care through clinic lines, trainee officers and a fixed mentor over the entire program duration. Targeted training: Individual training and seminars on the MEDIAN Academy. One-month stay abroad: Sammle international experiences in health management. Network & Perspective: Benefit from a strong trainee network and a guaranteed takeover after the program.

Completed studies in the field of health management, public health, BWL, VWL or a comparable course of study related to healthcare Ideally, first practical experience in the health sector – e.g. through internships, student work activities or training Enthusiasm for hospital management and interest in strategic management Embossed initiative, joy of decision and sense of responsibility Structured and solution-oriented operation – also in dynamic environments High readiness and flexibility to be used at changing hospital locations throughout Germany Very good knowledge of German and English to communicate safely internationally
