Responsibility for the infrastructural, and commercial facility management of the university building stock (own and lease) and its continued development Planning, implementation and management of procurement procedures including contract design, contract management and management of external service companies Support for the acquisition and rental management, in particular the determination of requirements, support of rentals, contract management and the preparation and testing of operating expenses Planning, coordination and further development of space, furniture and equipment concepts for office, teaching and laboratory areas in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders Support for technical building operations and ensuring economic, sustainable and legally compliant building operations, including maintenance and service contracts management

Required: A successfully completed university degree at Bachelor level in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Industrial Engineering with a focus on real estate, interior architecture, BWL with a focus on public management or in another subject relevant to the activity Multiannual (at least two years) relevant professional experience Experience in facility or real estate management as well as in the management of external service companies Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as a pronounced written and oral expressiveness Embossed organizational, communication and team skills as well as a structured, reliable and independent way of working High level of service and service orientation as well as safe and binding occurrence. Class B driving licence Remarkable: Knowledge of public procurement and contract law (especially VgV, UVGo, VOL/A and B) Experience in public service or university environment Good English knowledge of word and writing
