• Control of digitalization projects from initial process recording, definition of a target process to deriving concrete requirements and work packages

• Analysis of business processes in manufacturing (PCBA) for identifying potential for improvement and promoting standardization

• Conception, planning and implementation of automation and digitization solutions, in particular in the context of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

• Close cooperation with various internal stakeholders (production, work preparation, IT, logistics, technology, disposition) to ensure smooth implementation of projects

• Communication of user knowledge and skills (m/w/d) in handling digital solutions and new processes

• Complete technical studies or comparable qualification with experience in manufacturing, process management or digitization

• Digitalization affinity: Enthusiasm for digitalization topics such as MES, Business Process Automation, Data Analysis, AI and their application in companies

• Good understanding of linked production processes of advantage

• Analytical way of thinking with a view to optimization and efficiency (e.g. lean principles)

• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2) and good knowledge of English

• First experience in project management of advantage

• Sovereign communication and structured coordination with different disciplines as well as openness to new topics and ability to actively promote change
