Ensuring the time, cost and quality implementation of the TGA units Coordination of structures: heating, ventilation, sanitation, electrical, communications technology, building automation, conveyor technology Monitoring of assembly processes and performance and progress control Control of contractors and suppliers as well as coordination with project management, specialist planning and construction monitoring Coordination of documentation, test and acceptance documents and defect management Implementation of interface coordination between Rohbau, TGA and operating technology Takeover of technical clarification, material disposition and execution planning in coordination with specialist engineers

Complete study in the field of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering or equivalent qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in construction management in the field of TGA Knowledge of TGA systems, construction processes, standards and guidelines (including VOB and HOAI) Enforceability, communication strength and pronounced problem-solving competence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing readiness to travel - readiness for continuous cooperation on site
