Surveying Engineer / Civil Engineer as Planner for Traffic Facilities (m/f/d)

Our driving path department takes care of the planning, maintenance and optimization of the driving path at all upper and underground tram and tram lines. The team takes care of the planning and implementation of renewal measures. In your working day, you actively shape the measurement in the track area and ensure that our data is always reliable and up-to-date at all times. In the field service, you can carry out current measurements, inventory recordings and installation cut-offs – always with the requirement to implement specifications accurately and efficiently You coordinate our surveying activities, bringing together internal departments, authorities and external partners, so that projects progress smoothly and targetedly In the case of data management, you take responsibility for field and office data, prepare them carefully, secure their quality and develop them to reassure decisions Its field of responsibility also includes technical consulting and project-related coordination, from initial planning to construction phase to maintenance directly on site With your technical know-how, you will accompany the planning of trasstions as well as track and civil engineering work and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our infrastructure projects The maintenance and updating of maps and route data are also in your hands, so that our digital route inventory is always accurate and up-to-date. You also take the technical documentation with great care by taking measurements, measures and results into our systems transparently and completely (CAD, GIS, maintenance software) In the CAD/GIS area, create and maintain CAD plans and process structured GIS databases, including metadata maintenance, data imports and exports In addition, you can actively participate in exciting projects, for example in the DTC environment, in stop building or new building projects – and make sure that all data can be used perfectly in operation

With your completed studies in surveying, you bring exactly the technical basis to help shape our infrastructure forward-looking You work routined with modern surveying instruments and perform field surveying in the field service souverän, ideally complemented by first experience in track surveying Thanks to your strong skills in the analysis, evaluation and preparation of survey and inventory data, you create clear decision bases and ensure complete technical documentation You can use databases and digital inventory documentation safely and efficiently, with experiences with CAD and GIS systems being a big plus Ideally, you will also bring know-how in the planning and construction of transport facilities, in particular to BOStrab – and thus support projects that shape the mobility of tomorrow.
