Creating transparent reporting and sound analyses that support data-based decision-making

Support for budget planning and implementation of target-actual analyses to control financial developments in a targeted manner

Support for liquidity planning and economic analysis to ensure sustainable business development

Development and optimization of cost accounting systems, planning instruments and internal control processes

Active Participation in Final Processes (HGB & IFRS), Policy Adaptations and Cross-Division Cooperation

Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and analytical and solution-oriented skills combined with a structured and result-oriented way of working

Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly at all hierarchical levels as well as to bring safe occurrence and enforcement capability

First professional experience (at least 2 years) in the field of controlling, reporting and/or accounting – ideally in the project environment, complemented by knowledge in international structures

Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS as well as experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. NAV, IFS) and excellent MS-Excel-Skills

High loadability, flexibility and team orientation combined with a pronounced customer orientation

Very good knowledge of German and English for secure communication in the international environment
